Our guest rooms are part of our home, not a hotel.
Tucked away in the Lincolnshire Wolds, they offer a comfortable base for exploring the countryside, attending a Supper Club evening, or simply taking a break from the pace of everyday life.
Each room is individually furnished and includes tea and coffee making facilities, fresh milk, WiFi, towels, and access to our shared guest bathroom. In the morning, a small breakfast hamper is delivered to your room, prepared by Odile and filled with homemade and locally sourced treats wherever possible.

A Different Kind of Stay
We’re not a hotel, and that’s very much the point.
When you stay here you’re sharing a small part of our home. You might see vegetables growing in the garden, cakes cooling for the Honesty Shop, or preparations underway for the next Supper Club evening.
About The Rooms
The Mansion House offers three guest rooms:
The Vineyard
A double room overlooking the valley towards Tetford Hill, complete with its own dressing room and wash basin.
The Meadow
A cosy double room with countryside views and a wash basin.
The Stableyard
Our largest room, arranged as a twin, overlooking the Victorian stableyard.
Whether you’re visiting the Lincolnshire Wolds, attending a Supper Club evening, or simply looking for a peaceful place to stay, we’d be delighted to welcome you to The Mansion House.
Staying For Supper Club?
Many guests choose to stay overnight after attending one of our Supper Club evenings.
It means no driving home afterwards, no watching the clock, and the chance to enjoy a leisurely breakfast the following morning before heading on your way.
