The Secret Passage Supper Club was born out of our love of food and cooking, for years we’ve fed family and friends with meals created from our home grown, reared, bred and made ingredients and each time the subject of opening a restaurant emerged.
As much as loved the idea of a restaurant both of us already have a public facing job that can be quite demanding and that’s without the thought of the red tape involved in operating a food business. We wanted to do something that would be on our terms, allowing us to cook a set menu of our choice, on dates that we’d chosen and not have to feel so committed that if we fancied time off or a holiday it was difficult to do so, all while continuing our full time job.
So with the discovery and help of WeFiFo we launched our supper club in January 2020. What is a ‘Supper Club’ we hear you ask, well it’s a pop up event that is ticket only, usually hosted in the hosts house and centered around a set menu. It’s a fabulous way to enjoy really good food and the company of like minded people, taking the dining experience to another level.
The Secret Passage Supper Club
We host fine dining evenings in our dining room at home, guests arrive at 7:00pm to enjoy a welcome drink and canapes before being seated with fellow diners around our dining table for a set meal based around seasonal and local ingredients. The evening usually concludes around 10:00pm. Seating 8 guests. Please feel free to bring your own alcohol.

What’s in the name?
I’m sure by this point you’ll be intrigued by our name, well our supper club evenings make exclusive use of a secret passage in our 18th century house, but that’s all we’re saying! If that’s not tempting enough, our food’s focused around homemade, local and homegrown ingredients, influenced by our travels and experiences, so join us for an evening of amazing food and good company.
